Information for Persons with Disabilities
Tickets, Parking, Shuttle Service, and In-Stadium Assistance

Accommodations outlined below are offered to assist Persons with Disabilities and a companion. Fraudulent use of parking placard/plate is a violation of the State of Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and will result in loss of parking privileges for the pass holder.

(From Atherton Street/Bus. Rt. 322)

Ticket Purchases/Exchanges If you are in need of special seating, there are designated areas within Beaver Stadium that accommodate both wheelchairs and fans requiring easy access seats. It is strongly recommended that arrangements are made in advance of the game with Lisa Clark at 814-867-3687 or toll free at 1-800-NITTANY (1-800-648-8269)

You may purchase tickets for these areas, based on availability. If available, you may also trade tickets from non-accessible seating to more accessible seating.

Once tickets for all accessible seating are sold, we cannot guarantee a ticket exchange will be possible. All seats are reserved and there are no general admission tickets that allow fans to stand, sit or congregate in areas other than assigned seats for the purpose of watching the game.

    Stadium Entrances
Gate A, located in the southeast corner of the stadium, has two elevators that provide access to the mid-level concourse, Mt. Nittany Club and south upper deck. Fans are encouraged to enter at Gate B and travel on the inside of the stadium to Gate A elevators. If desired, you may travel on the outside of the stadium to the canopied entrance at the Gate A elevator. An elevator pass may be obtained from Athletic Ticket Operations. Please contact Lisa Clark at 814-867-3687. Gate B, located in the southwest corner of the stadium, has an accessible ramp that goes to all levels of the south end zone and an escalator to the mid-level concourse.

Please Note: Moving escalator is operational pre-game only. It is not available post game; fans must exit using stadium ramps or elevator.

Gate C, located in the northwest corner of the stadium provides easy access to wheelchair seating in the northwest corner of the stadium and the north end zone.

Gate D and E, located in the north and northeast corners of the stadium provides access to the stadium, but are not convenient for those with limited mobility or those restricted to a wheelchair.

    In-Stadium Assistance

    Beaver Stadium Seating Chart

Fans seated in the south and southwest portions of the stadium with limited mobility are encouraged to use the escalator or accessible ramp at Gate B. If your medical condition prohibits you from walking up the accessible ramps or using the escalator, you may go to the Customer Assistance area near Gate B for in-stadium transportation. Persons with Disabilities may also use the elevator located at Gate A.

Please Note: Moving escalator is operational pre-game only. It is not available post game; fans must exit using stadium ramps or elevator.

The upper concourse on the east side of the stadium is best accessed through the use of the Gate A elevator.

Fans seated in the north and northwest portions of the stadium near or above the mid-level concourse that need assistance in getting to their seats should see the Customer Assistance Representative located near Gate B. From there, in-stadium transportation will periodically take fans up the north ramp to either the mid-level concourse or the upper deck. We have limited equipment, so there may be delays in getting to your seat. When necessary, patrons will be transported via wheelchair.

All new restrooms on the concourse are accessible. Specially equipped restrooms for persons of disability are located throughout the south end zone and under section WJ at the northwest corner of the stadium.

    In-Stadium Transportation Pre-Game
Customer assistance services are available two hours prior to kick-off until the beginning of the game or all fans are served. All requests for this service should be made in person at the Customer Assistance area located near Gate B. In-stadium transportation will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Either the fan requesting the service or his/her representative must wait at the Customer Assistance Area until the staff can provide the service requested. Fans requiring special assistance to reach their seats are provided transportation to their seating section. Services are available by golf cart for those fans that are able to walk to their seats from the upper deck of the North stands. When necessary, patrons will be transported via wheelchair.

    In-Stadium Assistance Post-game
In order for us to provide appropriate personnel and equipment, requests for post-game transportation services must be made prior to kick off. The customer assistance staff will help fans return to the bottom of their section ramp or to Gate B. Shuttles leave from Gate B as soon as they are full, and operate approximately two hours following conclusion of the game. Fans that were transported to their seats in the north or northwest can be transported to ground level after the ramps are safe enough to avoid pedestrian/vehicular conflicts. Transportation from the Gate A elevators to Gate B Shuttle is available post-game. Because the team shares the same corridor, you may experience minor delays.

Please Note: Moving escalator is operational pre-game only. It is not available post game; fans must exit using stadium ramps or elevator.
