Rules and Policies You Should Know

1. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT / RETRIEVE YOUR PASSWORD: Each current Penn State student has had a new athletics account built for them. This account MAY have a temporary password. Therefore, we recommend that you log-in to their personal "Penn State Student Account Manager" and retrieve your password so that you can use the online ticket management tools. You can change your password to something more familiar after you log in!

2. NO PAPER TICKETS: All tickets are on students' Penn State id+ cards. Your ticket will only appear on the most current active id+ card and your ticket CANNOT transfer to a temporary ID.

3. NO SHARING: Students may not sell or share their id+ card with anyone. If so, cards will be confiscated and turned over to the Penn State id+ office. This will be considered fraudulent use of the card and
University Policy AD24 will apply.

4. YOU CAN BUY FROM ANY CLASS: Remember, student seating is now first-come, first-served and you can sit with friends from any class!

5. STADIUM POLICIES will also govern the Penn State Student Section. 2012 Stadium Guide Get Acrobat Reader

6. POLICIES FOR STUDENT TICKET MANAGEMENT:

- Students who have season tickets may sell or forward a total of four (4) individual game tickets for the 2011 season. Any combination of selling and forwarding is permitted, but it cannot exceed a total of four (4) games for the season. ONE transaction per game is permitted. Only Student Season Ticket holders can sell and forward tickets for a game using Student Ticket Exchange. No fees to sellers!

- Penn College Students may buy season tickets, buy individual game tickets, and receive a forwarded ticket. They may not, however, sell or forward tickets to others, or form a group.

- Penn State students without a season football ticket may purchase one (1) ticket OR receive one (1) forwarded ticket for an individual game by using the Penn State Student Ticket Exchange. ONE transaction per game is permitted. For example, you may not buy a game ticket and then sell or forward it through the Exchange.

- Sorry, there are no refunds for ticket purchases. Students may sell or forward up to four (4) of their game tickets by using the Student Ticket Exchange.

- Students with a season football ticket MAY FORWARD individual game tickets to a specific student, however, students MAY NOT SELL their individual game ticket to a specific student.

- Student Ticket holders may also purchase one (1) additional ticket to validate for guest admittance. This transaction will require a personal visit to the Ticket Center in the Bryce Jordan Center in order to buy and validate a guest ticket. The ticket will be drawn from the available inventory on the Student Ticket Exchange. The student buyer will pay the posted price of the ticket, 15% service fee, $1.95 and the standard $29 validation charge. A guest is considered any non-Penn State student. (Sorry, there will be no guest ticketing for the Ohio State game)

- All transactions will require a valid U.S. issued credit card and a current Penn State id+ card.

- The selling price on the Exchange is determined by the Student Season Ticket holder with a minimum price of $10 and a maximum price of $60 per individual game ticket. The posted sale price will include the selling price as well as a 15% processing fee. At time of sale, buyer will pay an additional $1.95.

- PROCEEDS from your ticket sale will be deposited to your Lion Cash account. Deposits are made in the week following home games and the seller will receive a email from the id+ office when the deposit is made. For more information, see "How To Sell a Ticket on Exchange".

- Student Groups may block tickets for advanced seating (minimum of 10 / maximum of 100). You must have a ticket on your Penn State id+ Card in order to be part of the group. If you have already purchased a Guest Ticket for that particular game, you will not be able to join a Group.
