Nittany Lion Women's Tennis Team Downed 4-3 By Valdosta State
Peachtree City, Ga. - March 6, 2005 - The Penn State women's tennis team dropped a tough 4-3 decision to Valdosta State in Peachtree City, Ga. Valdosta's Anniko Biro posted a three-set victory over Penn State's Maaria Husain at No. 1 singles to grab the down-to-the-wire victory. The loss drops Penn State to 4-4 overall. The Nittany Lions will be back in action on March 13 at 11 a.m. when they host Indiana.
