SKILLMAN, N.J. - The Nittany Lions women's tennis team fell seven spots in the ITA Team Poll in this week's rankings despite their previous losses this season coming to teams ranked higher than them.

Six other Big Ten teams join the Nittany Lions in this week's rankings with Ohio State dropping out from the previous poll. Penn State's schedule also features one non-conference ranked team they have not yet played in Southern Methodist University, whom they will meet in Tampa, Fla. on Tuesday, March 11.

The Nittany Lions will return home this weekend for a pair of matches against Marshall and Penn. The Nittany Lions traveled to Huntington, W.Va. last season bringing home a 6-1 win against the Thundering Herd. In 2012, Penn State knocked off both teams at home with a 5-2 result against Marshall and a 7-0 shutout against the Quakers.
