Hargis enters fifth season at helm as swimmers take to the pool for first time in 2012
High School
Lettered twice for Conrad High School and head coach Sean O'Connor before swimming her final two prep seasons with the SoNoCo Swim Club...helped Conrad to a runner-up finish at the 2009 Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference L Class State Championships...was the CIAC state champion in the 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke and helped the 200 & 400 freestyle relay teams to third place finishes on her way to earning Class L MVP accolades...as a freshman, finished 2nd in the 100 breaststroke, 50 freestyle and both the 200 & 400 freestyle relays at the CIAC state meet...owns seven individual school records at Conrad High School...qualified for the junior nationals in the 100 breaststroke, 50 freestyle and 20 IM during her club career...was the 2010 sectional short course champion in the 100 breaststroke.
