2011-12 (Junior Year)
Competed in 100 & 200 backstroke and 400 IM at the USA Olympic Trials...earned Academic All-Big Ten & CSCAA Academic All-America recognition...Led the team in the 200 backstroke...ranked third on the team in the 1000 freestyle...competed in eight of the team's nine meets...didn't compete during the championship season due to illness...won two individual swims in the season opener versus West Virginia (10/22), winning the 200 backstroke in 1:57.68 and claiming the 400 IM in 4:18.74...claimed the 200 backstroke in a dual meet at Auburn with a time of 1:57.02...won a trio of events at Georgia Tech (11/5), claiming the 200 freestyle in 1:51.63, the 200 backstroke in 2:00.06 and the 200 IM in 2:05.41...claimed the individual crown in the 200 backstroke in 1:56.52 in a tri meet with Indiana and Virginia (11/19)...finished 3rd in the 200 backstroke with a season-best time of 1:56.18 at the Ohio State Invitational (12/2/4)...also posted top-ten finishes in three other events at the Ohio State Invitational...swam 4:17.41 to finish 5th in the 400 IM, clocked a 2:02.18 time in the 200 IM to place 7th and swam 55.67 to place 8th in the 100 backstroke...won the 200 backstroke at No. 20 Arkansas/Navy tri meet with a time of 1:59.76...won the 200 freestyle in 1:50.44 in a dual meet with Villanova (1/27)...claimed the 200 freestyle in 1:51.40 and the 40 IM in 4:23.81 in a tri meet with Lehigh and St. Francis (2/4).

2010-11 (Sophomore Year)
Participated in 12 events during her sophomore year... Earned All-American Honors in the 200-Backstroke... Competed at the NCAA Championships in the 500-Freestyle, 200-Backstroke, 400-IM, and 800-Freestyle Relay... Posted a time of 52.26 in the 100-Freestyle vs. St. Bonaventure to claim 1st Place... Took 200-Freestyle 1st Place finishes against Michigan, Virginia Tech, and Maryland, posting a season-best time of 1:49.69 at Michigan... Finished 45th in the 500-Freestyle at the NCAA Championships, posting a time of 4:46.36... Placed 15th in the Big Ten in the 500-Freestyle with a time of 4:49.71 after posting a time of 4:47.38 in the prelims... Took 3rd Place in the 1650-Freestyle against Maryland, recording a time of 16:53.81... Posted a 12th Place finish in the 100-Backstroke at the Georgia Invite with a time of 55.21... Recorded a Penn State history-best time of 1:53.66 in the prelims of the 200-Backstroke at the NCAA Championships and finished in 16th Place with a time of 1:55.05... Placed 3rd in the Big Ten in the 200-Backstroke, posting a time of 1:54.19... Earned 1st Place finishes in the 200-Backstroke against Virginia/Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Virginia Tech... Posted a time of 1:08.33 in the 100-Breaststroke vs. St. Bonaventure... Placed 1st in the 200-IM against Virginia Tech and UNC with times of 2:03.60 and 2:06.26, respectively... Took 33rd Place in the nation in the 400-IM at the NCAA Championships with a time of 4:15.97... Posted a season-best time of 4:13.82 in the 400-IM prelims at the Big Ten Championships and placed 6th with a time of 4:16.54... Helped the 400-Freestyle relay team to earn a 14th place finish at the Georgia Invite, recording a time of 3:28.97... Led the 800-Freestyle Relay team to a 17th Place finish in the NCAA Championships with a time of 7:20.26 and a 6th Place finish in the Big Ten with a time of 7:12.74... Helped the 400-Medley Relay team to a 7th Place finish at the Georgia Invite, posting a time of 3:42.05.

2009-10 (Freshman Year)
Incredible freshman season capped off by swimming to honorable mention All-America status in the 200 backstroke, finishing 16th with a time of 1:56.19. That followed strong preliminary time of 1:54.88 ... Also competed in the 200 IM (2:01.78, preliminary) and 400 IM (4:15.03, preliminary) at NCAA's. Was the only Nittany Lion to qualify for the NCAA Championships ... Overall, swam to 21 "NCAA B" times to lead the team. Also broke three pool records and a school record ... Career best time in the 200 backstroke (1:54.02) in the Last Chance Meet. That time also marked a Penn State program record ... Strong showing at the Big Ten Championships - finishing seventh in the 200 backstroke (1:56.62, preliminary), 13th in the 200 IM (2:01.51), seventh in the 400 IM (4:15.13, preliminary) and seventh in the 800 medley relay (7:15.21) ... Posted career best times in the 1000 freestyle (10:07.32) and 100 backstroke (56.20) at Ohio State (1/30), finishing second and third, respectively. Also finished first in the 200 backstroke (1:57.65), second in the 200 IM (2:02.49) and seventh in the 200 freestyle relay (1:39.14) ... Swam to a Trees Pool record time at the Pittsburgh Quad Meet (1/16), winning the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:57.49. Also finished first in the 200 IM (2:04.44) and 400 IM (4:18.14), second in the 400 medley relay (3:50.09) and third in the 100 backstroke (56.84) ... Named National Collegiate Swimmer of the Week and Big Ten Women's Swimmer of the Week on Jan. 19 following record-setting effort ... Strong at the Ohio State Invitational (12/4-6), finishing first in the 200 backstroke (1:57.12), fourth in the 400 IM (4:17.94, preliminary), fifth in the 800 freestyle relay (7:28.51), sixth in the 100 backstroke (56.63), seventh in the 400 medley relay (3:50.20) and 15th in the 500 freestyle (4:53.58, preliminary) ... Facing Virginia in first ever home meet, won the 400 IM with a pool-record time of 4:18.23 while placing second in the 200 IM (2:03.22) and 200 backstroke (1:56.88), third in the 400 medley relay (3:48.13) and fifth in the 1000 freestyle (10:09.92) ... Strong showing at Virginia Tech (10/31) was highlighted by an NCAA 'B' Time and pool record in the 200 backstroke (1:58.89). Also finished first in the 100 backstroke (56.92) and 200 IM (2:06.94) ... Won both events against West Virginia/Colgate (10/24): 200 backstroke (2:00.41) and 400 IM (4:23.22) ... Opened collegiate career at St. Bonaventure (10/13) with first-place finish in the 200 backstroke (2:03.91) and second in the 400 IM (4:31.54).
