UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State women's soccer will have its last two regular season matches aired on the Big Ten Network after BTN announced the PSU-Purdue match on Oct. 28 would be televised. Penn State and Purdue were selected as the Network's Wild Card match, which will air in tape delay fashion.
The Nittany Lions final regular season match will pit them against the Purdue Boilermakers on Friday, Oct. 28 at 7:00 p.m. on Jeffrey Field. Penn State (14-3-0, 7-1-0 Big Ten) is in first by five points and is enjoying an eight-game winning streak, seven of which are in Big Ten play. PSU and the Boilers match on BTN will be shown Sunday, Oct. 30 at 6:00 p.m.
In addition to the Purdue matchup, the Conference and BTN announced a time change to the Big Ten Tournament semifinals. The games have been moved up 15 minutes to 2:15 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., respectively. Both games will air live on the Big Ten Network.
Before the Purdue game, the Nittany Lions return to action on Friday against Michigan State at 3:00 p.m. Penn State caps its regular season away schedule at Michigan on Sunday for a televised Big Ten Network game set for Noon.
