UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., Feb. 24, 2005 -- The 17th-ranked Penn State women's lacrosse team hosts its season-opener against Vanderbilt on Saturday, Feb. 26 at noon at Holuba Hall.

Series Record:
Penn State leads the series with Vanderbilt, 4-3. The last meeting was a 16-12 Nittany Lion loss on Feb. 29, 2004 in Nashville, Tenn. The last meeting in University Park was a 12-11 Penn State win on March 1, 2003.
