Played in seven games while serving as an assistant captain ... Took three shots: two against Ohio State (1/4) and one at Union (10/17) ... Blocked a pair of shots in the series opener against the Buckeyes (1/3).
Played in the season's first 19 games ... Blocked 25 shots with a career-high five blocks at Quinnipiac (10/11).
Made 27 appearances, registering an assist and blocking 18 shots ... Made first appearance against Syracuse (10/13) ... Posted a rating of plus-two in a win over Sacred Heart (10/20) ... Registered a season-best plus-four in a 10-0 win over Chatham (1/4) ... Blocked a season-high three shots against Mercyhurst (2/1) ... Tallied an assist at Robert Morris (2/23).
BEFORE PENN STATE
Played hockey at Williston Northampton School, helping the 2009-10 squad to the best record in school history at 18-5-5, while the team went 17-10-2 in 2010-11 ... Led the team as captain in 2011-12 at WHS ... Played one year of ice hockey with St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School squad for a season and the Mass Spitfires U19 squad for a year ... Earned three letters in field hockey and lacrosse at Williston Northampton School, leading the teams as captain in 2011-12.
Sarah Kristine Wilkie was born February 26, 1993 in Concord, Massachusetts ... Parents are Eric and Tracey Wilkie, who graduated from Penn State in 1983 ... Has a younger brother named Ryan ... Has seven cousins who have attended from Penn State ... Uncles Greg and David Wilkie competed in Division I hockey at Vermont and Providence, respectively, and Greg played in the AHL for the Utica Mohawks.
