Corvallis, Ore., April 20, 2006 ¨C Penn State senior women¡¯s gymnast Jennifer Orlando (Herndon, Va.) represented the Nittany Lions at the 2006 NCAA Championships in Corvallis, Ore., finishing 20th in the all-around with a score of 38.425 in the second preliminary session.

Orlando, who was competing as an individual all-arounder, scored a 9.725 on vault, a 9.775 on bars, a 9.125 on beam and a 9.800 on floor.

Penn State as a team concluded its season at the NCAA Regional Championships on April 7 at LSU with a third-place finish. Orlando advanced to the National Championships as an individual by virtue of a fourth-place 39.100 all-around score.
