University Park, Pa., March 15, 2006 ¨C The 16th-ranked Penn State women's gymnastics team travels west to Pittsburgh for a matchup with the Panthers on Saturday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m.

Series Record
? Penn State leads Pittsburgh, 37-2, in a series that began in 1966. The last regular-season meeting was a 194.125-188.200 Nittany Lion victory on Jan. 15, 2005. The last regular-season meeting in Pittsburgh was a 196.350-195.800 Panther win on Feb. 28, 2004.

Last Time Out
Penn State placed third in a tri-meet at Florida last weekend, scoring a 193.200. The No. 2 Gators took home the team title with a 196.150 while No. 7 LSU claimed second with a 195.275. As a team, Penn State scored a 48.675 on vault, 47.925 on bars, 48.050 on beam and 48.550 on floor.

Senior Lisa Clark was Penn State¡¯s top finisher on vault with a fifth-place 9.825 as senior Jennifer Orlando and junior Corissa Pirkl each tallied a 9.675 on bars to tie for 10th. On beam, Clark tied for fourth with a 9.850 and also tied for sixth on the floor with a 9.800. She finished sixth in the all-around with a 38.800 as senior Meredith Hoover tallied a seventh-place 37.925.
