Big Ten Distinguished Scholar...Academic All-Big Ten...Competed in nine meets on the year...Opened the season with a third-place finish on the balance beam with a score of 9.800 against Bowling Green, BYU and Temple (1/7)...Finished second on the vault against Pittsburgh as she tied a career-best score of 9.800 (2/25)...Tied a career-best 9.825 on the balance beam twice (Texas Woman’s University Quad Meet – 2/19 & Penn Quad Meet – 3/5)...Tied a career-best score of 9.850 on the floor exercise to tie for fifth at the Penn Quad Meet (3/5)...Finished 24th on the floor exercise at the Big Ten Championships with a 9.825 (3/18)...Took 25th on the balance beam at the NCAA Regional with a score of 9.725 (4/1)...Placed 13th on the floor exercise at the NCAA Regional with a 9.800 (4/1).

Competed on the balance beam in all 12 meets...Appeared on the vault and floor exercise in 11 of 12 meets...Championship season: At the Big Ten Championships (3/19), Hosek tied her career-best score of 9.850 on the floor exercise to tie for 13th and she tied for 12th on the balance beam with her score of 9.825...At the NCAA Regional Championships (4/2), Hosek tied for 19th on the floor exercise (9.800) and tied for 21st on the vault (9.725)...Regular season: Tallied a fifth-place finish on the vault (9.700) and tied for sixth on the balance beam (9.775) in the season-opener against North Carolina State (1/9)...Against Nebraska (1/16), Hosek tied for fifth on the balance beam (9.825)...Versus Illinois (1/29), she tied for sixth on vault (9.725) with teammate Jessica Jones and also placed sixth on the balance beam with a score of 9.825...Against Michigan State (2/6), Hosek scored a 9.775 on floor exercise en route to seventh place and she also tied for eighth on the balance bream (9.725)...Against Ohio State (2/13), Hosek took first place on the balance beam scoring a career-high 9.900...In the season’s first quad meet against Alabama, Cornell and Denver (2/20), Hosek placed 11th on the vault (9.775)...Against Big Ten opponent Maryland (2/22) Hosek finished fifth on the vault with a 9.775...Against Southern Connecticut, Temple, West Chester and West Virginia (2/26), Hosek earned a career best on floor with a score of 9.800 to place 13th...Placed fifth on the vault (9.800) and fourth on the balance beam (9.775) at Arizona State (3/4)...At the Big Five Qualifier (3/12), Hosek tied for 11th on the floor exercise with her career-best 9.850 and tied for 19th on the vault as she tied her career-best (9.800).
Trained at Reflex Gymnastics in Pearland, Texas, under coach Tami Jaso…Claimed the national championship in 2013 on both the balance beam and the floor exercise at the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics National Championships…Finished first on the balance beam at the Region Three Championships after earning the title of Texas State all-around title…Recorded top-six finishes in 2012 at the Region Three Championship on both vault and floor exercise, along with a sixth-place showing in the all-around…Placed seventh in the all-around at the Junior Olympic National Championships in 2012.
