Women's golf adds new talent to 2009 class.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State women's golf team has added four sought after recruits to their 2009 roster.

Jamie Lavin (Deerfield, Illinois) was the top recruit in Illinois' 2009 recruiting class. She was runner-up in the 2008 Illinois State High School Championships as part of the Deerfield High School team and had Top 10 finishes in four of eight junior golf events during the 2008 season.

Emily Ransone (Hilliard, Ohio) was the number two recruit in Ohio's recruiting class. She had five Top 10 finishes out of seven junior events in 2008.

Hanule "Sky" Seo (St. Louis, Missouri) was the top recruit in the 2009 recruiting class in Missouri. She won the 2008 Class 1 Missouri High School Championships with a score of 68-76. Seo also finished in the Top 10 in six of her eight junior events during the 2008 season.

Courtney Kordes (Natrona Heights, Pa.) was the number five recruit out of Pennsylvania, from Highlands High School. Kordes took Top 20 finishes in five of her 6 events during 2008.
