2005: Saw action in five games...recorded one shot against Saint Joseph's (9/11), Temple (9/14) and Lafayette (9/16). 2004: Saw action against Temple (9/15), Princeton (9/28) and West Chester (10/3)...recorded a shot in each game. 2003: Redshirt Year.

High School
Led Palmyra HS to back-to-back league and district titles in 2001 and 2002...selected as a Mid-Penn Conference AA all-star as a junior following a 31-point season...also named to Harrisburg Patriot News "Big 11" second team in 2001...tallied 24 points while earning Harrisburg Patriot News all-underclass team status as a sophomore...named to the Lebanon Daily News all-freshmen squad in 1999...National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-Academic squad member as a senior...also lettered in soccer and swimming.

Personal
Currently enrolled in the College of Health and Human Development...the daughter of Jerry and Linda Hoffsmith...has two younger siblings, Brooke, a freshman on the Penn State team, and Jordan (16)...full name is Erica Lynn Hoffsmith...born on October 18, 1984.
