ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.; November 12, 2006 - Three members of the Penn State Fencing team headed to Albuquerque, N.M. this weekend for the NAC B Junior/Cadet/Youth Competition. Freshman Daniel Bak (Franklin Lakes, N.J.), sophomore Allison Glasser (Piedmont, Calif.) and freshman Keri Byerts (Webster, N.Y.) participated in the event.

After the first day of competition, Bak finished strong with a seventh place in the saber division. He competed in a group of 155 fencers.

Glasser also performed well for Penn State. She finished 31st in the foil disivion in a field of 137.
