LION CAREER:

2012-13: In her first season as a Nittany Lion, Coutinho saw plenty of action and finished the regular season with a 15-35 record. She qualified for the Mid-Altantic/South Regional and tied for 26th place at the event. The Brazil native had two 3-0 performances throughout the season that came against Drew and Haverford. She placed 39th at the Garret Open.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:
Ana Coutinho comes to Penn State from Brazilia, Brazil. She transferred from the University of Brasilia-Brazil. She intends on studying toxicology.
