UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State head wrestling coach Cael Sanderson and his staff are gearing up for the start of the 2010 Wrestling Summer Camp season. The Nittany Lion staff offers individual, intensive and team camps and limited slots are available in the camps for this summer.
The individual camps will run June 19-22 and June 22-25. The intensive camp is June 19-25 and the team camps take place on July 8-11 and July 11-14. "We are excited to get our Penn State Wrestling Camps started," Sanderson said. "Last year, our staff had obligations to run two sets of camps and our time had to be split between the two, which was a difficult thing to do. This year our staff is settled and we are 100 percent focused on Penn State's camps. We will all be involved in the entire camp process and we take great pride in providing the absolute best experience possible."

"We teach the best technique in the world that will work on all levels, youth through the Olympic level," Sanderson continued. "We only hire clinicians that will be positive and solid role-models for the young men and women that attend our camps and we are going to have fun in the process. It has been proven time and time again that wrestlers have a great experience and make progress while attending our camps. We run a safe camp, a clean and positive camp, and ultimately our campers will be better prepared to reach their goals next winter."
