Red-shirt freshman Colby Pisani will head into the 2008-09 season after laying a solid foundation in 2007-08 at open tournaments for the Nittany Lions. Pisani could see time at either 141 or 149 for head coach Troy Sunderland and will be counted on for continuing his work in the wrestling room. Lion Career: 2007-08: Red-shirted...went 5-6 in open tournaments...participated in four open tournaments...had one major and one pin. High School/Personal: The Ridgway native was a two-time PIAA placewinner at Ridgway High School...placed second and fourth at states during his high school career.
