Sophomore Cameron Kelly will enter the 2012-13 season as a key member of Penn State's light-weight roster. Kelly wrestled in open tournaments as a red-shirt freshman last season, gaining valuable experience. Kelly is among Penn State's top students as well, earning Academic All-Big Ten laurels.

Posted a 2-4 mark in open tournaments...grabbed one pin along the way...went 1-2 at the ESU Open in November and 1-2 at `Boro Open in February...First Team Academic All-Big Ten.

High School/Personal:
Kelly was a two-time state qualifier at Pittsford High School in Pittsford, N.Y., taking fifth at 119 and qualifying at 125. Kelly was a team captain in 2010 and was a two-time New York Section V Champion for the Panthers. He posted a 135-31 career record and is the son of Karen and Larry Kelly.
