Penn State No. 14 in Latest DI-II AVCA Rankings

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Taking the court only once this past week hosting Saint Francis (Pa.) for a 3-0 sweep, Penn State men's volleyball checked in at No. 14 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) poll.

Penn State (6-4) is fresh off a week of volleyball that featured a Penn State sweep against 2016 EIVA tournament finalist Saint Francis (Pa.) at home Friday night.

Defending national champions Ohio State remained the number one team in the nation receiving all 24 first-place votes, followed by Long Beach State at No. 2, BYU at No. 3, UCLA at No. 4 and Hawai'i rounding out the top-five.

Penn State travels to NJIT Fri., Feb. 10 for a  7 p.m. ET matchup against the Highlanders followed by a Sat., Feb 11 match with Princeton at 7 p.m. ET.
