Anderson Continues Play with U.S. Men's National Team
Former Nittany Lion men's volleyball player Matt Anderson helped improve the U.S. Men's National Volleyball Team's record to 3-1 with two victories against Italy June 19 and 20 in the 2009 FIVB World League Action. After securing a 3-1 (25-21, 30-25, 21-25, 25-21) win in game one with Italy, the U.S. extended its winning streak to three games with another 3-1 (25-19, 18-25, 25-22, 25-20) victory a day later.
