2010-11 Season (Freshman): Went 17-8 in the 2010-11 spring singles action...Battled to a 16-12 record in 2010-11 spring doubles competition...Won his first three fall singles matches, including a 6-3, 6-3 decision against Buffalo's George Tibil...Defeated Michigan State's Drew Lied (6-1, 6-3) in the opening round of the Big Ten Indoor Tournament...Won his first seven matches of spring singles competition, including defeating Ivan Sanchez-Gomez (3-6, 6-2, 6-3) of No. 56 N.C. Junior Career: Bader joins Penn State as the No. 28 recruit according to TennisRecruiting.net. He comes from Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, where he currently owns an overall record of 56-25 record, including a 19-9 record vs. five-star recruits. Bader currently ranks as the fourth best player in the state of Texas and is currently No. 44 in the USTA 18 and Under National Rankings.
