Competed in nine meets for Penn State, swimming in four separate events…Posted career-best finishes in both the 100 and 200 butterfly…Swam a personal-best 49.12 in the 100 fly at the Big Ten Championships (2/27) before capping off the weekend with a personal-best 1:48.67 in the 200 butterfly…Participated in both the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle on two separate occasions.

2013-14 (Sophomore Year)
Swam the 200 and 500 freestyle, and 100 and 200 butterfly in seven meets ... Competed in the 500 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 butterfly at the Big Ten Championships (2/28-3/2) ... 1:49.96 200 butterfly time at the Big Ten Championships was the fourth-fastest mark in the event on the team during the season ... In his first-career 200 freestyle performance, posted a 1:42.34 time at the Texas Invitational (12/6) ... Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

2012-13 (Freshman Year)
Competed in six individual events throughout the season, focusing on freestyle and butterfly strokes ... Swam the 500 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 butterfly at the Big Ten Championships (2/27-3/2/13) ... His time of 1:48.80 at the Big Ten Championships in the 200 butterfly ranked third on the team for the season ... Produced a mark of 4:30.22 in the 500 freestyle at the Big Ten Championships, which placed fourth on the team during the season ... Finished the 100 butterfly in a time of 50.95 at the Big Ten Championships for his best time of the season.
