High School: Chace earned four varsity letters at Conestoga Valley High. He was a three-time state champion and was a member of the state runner-up team in 2007. Chace also swam at the Five Star Swim Club for head coach Mark Daum.

Personal: Chace was born on October 3, 1988. He is the son of Noel and Carole Caruso. He has an older brother, Zachary. His father played on the PGA tour for 15 years after graduating number one on his golf team at the University of Maryland and still belongs to the Professional Golfers' Association. He is majoring in Communications Arts and Sciences and enjoys spending time with friends.
