With 29 Nittany Lions on National Football League rosters, Penn State is well represented in the professional ranks. Each week throughout the year, www.GoPSUsports.com, will provide updates on the exploits of these former Nittany Lion greats. Highlights from week 10 of the 2010 season include standout defensive performances by linebacker Paul Posluszny and safety Bryan Scott in Buffalo's first win of the season and Deon Butler's big-play ability on display in a Seattle win. In other news, Tennessee quarterback Kerry Collins is sidelined by a calf injury.

Adams started at nose tackle for the Bears, recording three tackles, including one for a loss.

Bowman saw action on defense and special teams, totaling three tackles.

Brown started at left tackle, protecting the blind side of Cardinals' quarterback Derek Anderson as he threw for 322 yards and one touchdowns against the Seahawks.

Butler started his sixth game for the Seahawks this season, catching four passes for 66 yards, including a 63-yard scoring strike from Matt Hasselbeck in the second quarter.

Collins, the longest active NFL tenured Nittany Lion in his 16th professional season, started versus Miami, completing 9-of-20 passes for 51 yards before leaving the game with a strained left calf at the end of the first half. He will be sidelined for at least one week with the injury.

Dan Connor (2004-07), LB, Carolina Panthers

Connor suffered a season-ending hip injury in the first half of Carolina's week nine loss to New Orleans. He was placed on injured reserve on Nov. 9. Connor had started all eight games in 2010, his first career starts in his third NFL season, and ranked third on the team with 59 tackles.

Gilmore caught a season-high three passes for 52 yards, including a team-long reception of 29 yards, in the Buccaneers' win.

Gould was 2-for-3 in field goal attempts, connecting on kicks of 34 and 37 yards, and converted on all three of his PATs.

Hali totaled three tackles (2 solos) in the Chiefs' divisional loss to the Broncos.

Hull tore his anterior cruciate ligament during practice on Sept. 15. He was placed on injured reserve and will miss the rest of his rookie season.
