Penn State Men's Soccer To Honor Its Five Seniors Against Old Dominion
State College, Pa. October 30, 2002 - The Penn State men's soccer team will look to keep the momentum rolling from its thrilling 2-1 overtime victory at Boston College this past weekend, when it plays host to Old Dominion on Sunday afternoon at Jeffrey Field. Sunday's game will be the final regular season home contest for the Nittany Lions this season. The game was originally slated to be the final game of the regular season for the Nittany Lions but university officials expect Wednesday's game at Lehigh to made-up sometime next week. The non-conference clash with Old Dominion will be headlined by five seniors who will play their final regular season home game in a Nittany Lion uniform. Seniors Ben Dawson (Newcastle Upon-Tyne, England), Brett Forbrich (Camp Hill, Pa.), Brent Jacquette (Wallinford, Pa.), Jorma Makipaa (Lahti, Finland), and Ryan Sickman (Hudson, Ohio) will each be honored prior to the start of Sunday's game, which is set to begin at 1:00 p.m. (ET).
