Sigue Selected for U20 National Team

Junior Aymar Sigue has been chosen to play on the U20 National Team CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying Squad

2016 (Junior): Played in 16 matches with 11 starts in his first season with Penn State … Scored three goals for six points … Netted the game-winner and his first goal donning the Blue and White against Oakland (Sept. 5) … Notched one goal on one shot in the Nittany Lion’s 4-2 win over Ohio State (Sept. 13) … Scored the golden goal in double overtime against Rutgers (Oct. 21) to allow Penn State to earn a 3-2 victory … Carried a .500 shots on goal percentage with 13 shots reaching net.

BEFORE PENN STATE

2015 (Sophomore–Tulsa): Saw action in 13 matches with four starts … Took 16 shots, four of which landed on goal … Notched one goal ... Helped the team to its second-straight AAC Championship.

2014 (Freshman–Tulsa): Appeared in 19 matches, starting 14 as a true freshman … Scored the game-winning goal against USF (Oct. 8), while picking up one assist … Tallied an assist against SMU (Oct. 22) … Garnered The American All-Rookie team honors … Was selected as TU’s “Man of the Match” against Akron (Sept. 20) and USF ...
