STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - STATE COLLEGE, Pa.; August 27, 2008 - The Penn State Nittany Lion lacrosse team has finalized its fall 2008 schedule. Head coach Glenn Thiel and his Nittany Lions will take part in two tournaments this October as well as host their annual Alumni Game.

The Nittany Lions will trek to the St. Paul's School in Baltimore, Md., for the Blue Jay Classic on Sunday, October 5. Penn State will face Johns Hopkins, defending national runner-up, at 11 a.m. and then battle North Carolina at 1:30 p.m.

The next weekend, Penn State treks to Ridley High School in Morton, Pa., for the Nick Colleluori Classic. Penn State faces Lehigh at 2:30 p.m., Penn at 4 p.m. and Maryland at 5:15 p.m.

Penn State's final action of the fall will be its annual Alumni Game on Friday, October 17, at 7:30 p.m. on Bigler Field. All games in the fall are exhibitions.
