Penn State Lacrosse Will Conduct Free Boys' Clinic at Holuba Hall

Former Georgetown attacker David Shriver enters his second season as volunteer assistant coach in 2013.

With the Nittany Lions, Shriver will assist with the offense, working primarily with the extra-man unit and the development of the team's offensive personnel.

A four-year letter-winner for the Hoyas (2008-11), Shriver appeared in 28 career games and totaled eight points (7g, 1a).

In high school, the Baltimore native helped lead the Boys' Latin School to the 2006 MIAA "A" Conference title and a national championship with a perfect 21-0 record. He earned the program's Gelston Cup, which was presented for unique contributions to the team.

A three-sport athlete, Shriver also garnered the Kelly Award for Devotion to Boys' Latin Athletics and the Team Spirit Award in basketball.

Shriver also played one season at the Salisbury School, compiling 46 points (36g, 10a) in 2007.
