Men's Lacrosse Opens Big Ten Tournament Thursday

The Nittany Lions took Johns Hopkins to double overtime earlier this season


Started all 15 games for the Nittany Lions, finishing fourth on the team with 20 goals on the year … Scored at least one goal in all but two games this season, posting six multi-goal outings … Opened the year with a hat trick against Robert Morris (2/6), while also adding one assist for a season-high four points … Tallied two goals in the win at No. 18 Cornell (2/20) … Registered two goals and passed out one assist on the road at Furman (3/8) … Had one goal and a career-high three ground balls in the OT win against No. 8 Harvard (3/12) … Notched a pair of goals in the win against No. 1 Denver (3/26) … Scored a go-ahead goal at Ohio State (4/3) with 1:41 remaining in the fourth quarter to secure a 6-5 win … Posted two goals at No. 19 Rutgers (4/22) … Logged his fourth consecutive game with a goal in the Big Ten Tournament semifinals against top-seeded Maryland (5/5). 


Was a Big Ten All-Tournament Team selection ... Started 10-of-12 contests, scoring 16 goals and dishing out eight assists for 24 points in the midfield ... Logged two five-point performances: a hat trick and two assists in his Nittany Lion debut against Vermont (2/7) and four goals and an assist against Penn (2/28) ... Two-of-three man-up goals, the second-most on the team, came against the Catamounts ... Had a hat trick in the program's first Big Ten win over Rutgers (4/19) ...
