COACHES VIEW: "Matt now has a year under his belt as a regular, and is expected to mature this spring. Matt actually has little experience at close defense, but did a great job as a freshman. Known for his stick work and aggressive nature, Matt will be more comfortable this spring, and we expect him to be a key cog in our defense." - Coach Thiel
