Men's Hockey Falls to Robert Morris, 4-2

Penn State fell to Robert Morris, 4-2, on Monday night at CONSOL Energy Center.

Made 12 appearances with 11 starts, leading the team with a .910 save percentage and posting a 5-4-1 record with a 3.13 goals-against average … Had six games of 30 saves or more … Made season debut in team’s ninth game of the season, allowing a lone goal in 31:13 of action at No. 4 UMass Lowell (Nov. 14), saving 17 shots … Started the next night against No. 4 UMass Lowell (Nov. 15), anchoring the program’s first win over a top five team by making 24 saves with just one goal allowed, earning first career win … Started the following weekend and made 38 saves in a 3-2 victory at Michigan (Nov. 21) … Posted 22 saves in a 5-2 win at Wisconsin (Dec. 5) … Started and made 35 saves in a 4-1 victory over Ohio State (Jan. 10) … Stopped 33 Michigan State (Jan. 16) shots in a 2-2 tie … Tallied a season-high 41 saves, one shy of career-high, in a 6-4 win over Michigan (March 6), tallying the program’s first goaltender point with an assist … Named to the Academic All-Big Ten Team.
