2016 (Senior Year)
Competed in the all-around three times in his senior season and was a staple in the starting lineup on all six events … Earned nine titles in his senior campaign with one all-around victory, four floor exercise titles, two parallel bars titles, two high bar titles and one pommel horse title … Ranked 14th nationally on the floor exercise and 17th on the parallel bars … Paced the Nittany Lions on the floor exercise, parallel bars and high bar in his senior campaign … Nabbed the all-around title at Ohio State (2/13) and placed second in his final home meet against Nebraska (3/11) … Notched back-to-back floor titles with a first-place finish against Army West Point (1/9) and a first-place finish at the West Point Open (1/15) in the team finals … Recorded a season-best 15.550 on the floor exercise at Ohio State and his third title of the season … Also placed first at Michigan (3/19) on the floor … Earned a pommel horse title against Army West Point to mark two titles to kick start his senior season … Garnered a third-place finish on the still rings against Nebraska and placed second at Michigan with a season-best 15.050 … Placed third on the vault at the Big Ten Championships and finished seventh in the Big Ten Individual Championships … Nabbed the parallel bars title at the West Point Open (1/16) and notched a first-place finish against Illinois (1/30) … Earned the high bar title in his final home meet against Nebraska with a season-best 15.050 … Competed at the NCAA Championships on the floor exercise, still rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar.
2015 (Junior Year)
Competed on every event during the 2015 season ... Finished second on the floor exercise against Iowa with his season-best score of 15.400 (2/27) ... Posted a season-best score of 15.000 on the pommel horse en route to a second-place finish against Iowa (2/27) ... Won five events on the still rings ... Finished first on the still rings against Iowa with his career-best 16.000 (2/27) ... Highlighted the Navy Open (1/25) with a first-place finish in the floor exercise (14.850) ... Recorded a second-place finish on the rings (15.400) against Temple (2/8) ... Finished third in the all-around with a score of 85.400 against Illinois (2/15), led by four top-10 performances ... Competed in all nine of the team's meets and at the NCAA Championships...Made touches on the floor exercise, still rings, vault and parallel bars...Ranked second on the team on the floor exercise, third on the vault and fifth on the still rings...Advanced to the Big Ten Championships (4/6) individual finals on the floor exercise (13.625) and still rings (13.825)...Set a career-high score of 15.150 to win the floor exercise at Minnesota (3/23)...Also topped the 15.000 mark on the floor exercise in the team finals at the Big Ten Championships (15.050, 4/5) and vs. Michigan (15.000, 3/16)...Won the still rings vs. Michigan (3/16) with a career-best mark of 15.350...Scored a 15.050 on the still rings during the team finals at the Big Ten Championships (4/5) and at Illinois (3/2)...Set a career-best score of 15.150 on the vault vs. Army (1/12) and notched a 14.850 score to finish third at the Navy Open (1/19)...Set a career-best of 14.600 on the parallel bars vs. Springfield College (2/23).
