Participated in four events in his first season of competition … Did one routine on the floor and two on vault … Competed three times on the parallel bars and five times on the high bar … Placed fourth on the parallel bars at Springfield (1/29) … Was in the high bar rotation at both the Big Ten Championships (4/7) and the NCAA Championships (4/21).

Taylor High School and trained at Champion Gymnastics in Houston, Texas …Tallied seven top finishes at the regional level … Placed fourth on the high bar at the 2013 Region II before finishing fourth on the pommel horse, fifth on the high bars and seventh on both the parallel bars and the all-around competition at the 2014 Region III meet … Earned a 10th-place finish on the floor and a 12th-place finish on the vault at the 2014 Junior Olympic Nationals … Was a Junior Elite Competitor during high school … Named team captain in both 2014 and 2015 ... Garnered United States of America Gymnastics Academic All-American three times … Is an active member in Project C.U.R.E. and volunteers with Project C.U.R.E’s Kits for Kids program.
