University Park, Pa. ¨C The Penn State Men¡¯s Golf team, coming off a strong 10th place finish (15 teams) at the Maxwell Intercollegiate this past weekend, will head to Yale this week (Thursday May 20- Saturday May 22) for NCAA East Regional action. The Nittany Lions are seeded 19th and will tee off at 7:12 a.m. on Thursday and 11:57 a.m. on Friday. Saturday¡¯s pairings will be determined by the teams¡¯ rankings at the end of Friday¡¯s second round.

Competition will take place at the Course at Yale all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with tee times running from holes one and 10 every nine minutes beginning at 7:12 a.m. each day (first tee time at 7:30 a.m. at the first tee on Friday, and from the 10th tee on Saturday).

Four teams in the East Regional field are in the top ten in this week¡¯s Golfweek/Sagarin rankings, and eight are among the top 20. Below is the complete listing and seeding of the 27-team East Regional field.

Each squad will be at the Central Regional in West Lafayette, IN, with Minnesota receiving a No. 4 seed, Illinois No. 17, Ohio State No. 18, Purdue No. 19 and Indiana No. 22.
