Men¡¯s Golf Tied for 17th at NCAA East Regional
State College, Pa. ¨C After two rounds of golf the Penn State men¡¯s golf team is tied for 17th place. After a strong opening round, the Nittany Lions struggled in the today¡¯s round. Penn State shot a score of 316, giving them a 36-hole score of 611. Jim Fuller (Muskogee, Okla.) is the top placer tying for 17th palce. He has a two round score of 147. Mark Leon (Brampton, Ontario) is tied for 57th with a score of 151. Clemson retained their overall lead with a score of 577. Georgia Tech is in second with a score of 578. The overall leader individually is D.J. Trahan of Clemson who has a 36-hole score of 139, which is two shots in front of Tyler Mckeever of Georgia Southern.
