UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State students have an opportunity to attend the Nittany Lions' pivotal road games with Ohio State and No. 16 Wisconsin that will conclude the regular season.
Students who want to attend the Nov. 19 clash with the Buckeyes can purchase a ticket at Gate B (northeast corner) of the Bryce Jordan Center beginning Monday, Nov. 14 at 7 a.m. Students who wish to attend the Nov. 26 regular season finale with the Badgers can purchase a ticket at Gate B (northeast corner) of the Bryce Jordan Center beginning Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 7 a.m.
A limited number of tickets will be made available on a first-come, first served basis for both Big Ten Leaders Division contests. For the Ohio State game, which kicks at 3:30 p.m., each student will be permitted to purchase one $70 ticket. For the Wisconsin game, students are able to purchase one $49 ticket. The kick time for the game with the Badgers is to be announced.
Students must present a valid Penn State ID+ Card to secure a ticket. All sales of all tickets will be done on a cash only basis. Credit cards and checks will not be accepted.
If student tickets still remain after 8:00 a.m. each day, the sale will move from Gate B to the Athletic Ticket Office inside the BJC. Student tickets will not be available after 4:00 p.m. each day.
Students wanting to purchase tickets so that they may sit together at the Ohio State or Wisconsin games will need to make their ticket purchase together at Gate B of the BJC Monday morning. Students may arrive at the Jordan Center at 6 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday for the sale.
Should demand dictate it, tickets will be sold through a wristband lottery. If the number of students in line by 7 a.m. exceeds the number of student tickets allocated for the Temple game, a wristband lottery will be held. Students not in line by the time of the sale, 7 a.m., will not be included in the wristband lottery, should one be held.
No. 12 Penn State (8-1, 5-0) is the Big Ten's only undefeated team in conference play, with Ohio State (6-3, 3-2) and Wisconsin (7-2, 3-2) tied for second behind the Nittany Lions in the Leaders Division.
The Nittany Lions return to action Saturday, hosting No. 19/17 Nebraska (7-2, 3-2) for Penn State's Senior Day. The contest with the Cornhuskers will air on ESPN, the Penn State Sports Network and www.GoPSUsports.com.
