1. The Student Gate "A" Resolution Booth opens two (2) hours before kickoff and will close at the end of halftime. Come Early
2. Please refer to the photo of the Student Gate "A". From The intersection of Porter and Curtin Roads facing Gate "A", the Resolution Booth is a blue building located next to the big rock (General Beaver Rock) at Gate "A" and is between the Freshman/Sophomore entry area and the Junior/Senior entry area.
3. The Resolution Booth customer relations representatives will make every effort to resolve your ticketing issue in a positive manor.
4. When you arrive at the Resolution Booth, the student is required to give the customer relations representative their Penn State id+ Card.
5. All Penn State id+ cards will be recorded and cards that do not belong to that individual student will be confiscated.
6. The customer relations representative will have a standard operating procedure to review all requests.
7. If the ticket is validated by the customer relations representative, the student will be handed a ticket and will enter at the Advance Group Seating area located between the Resolution Booth and Freshman/ Sophomore entry area. The student may now meet their friends and proceed to the appropriate ticket booth. If the ticket is not validated the student will be asked to leave the Student Gate "A" area.
8. The customer relations representative will provide a brief explanation if necessary.
9. If the student feels that there is an error, that student should call 1 800 Nittany the following week and each individual situation will be reviewed for validity.
