UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Holuba Hall and the weight room inside the Lasch Football Building have been hubs of activity as the Nittany Lions kicked off 2014 winter conditioning under Director of Performance Enhancement Dwight Galt.
The Nittany Lions are lifting in the weight room during the afternoons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, the Lions are participating in speed and agility conditioning on the turf inside Holuba Hall at 6 a.m.
"They have made a great first impression," Galt said. "I'm really looking forward to training these guys and getting them in great shape. And I think there is really no limit on how they can transfer that to the field and do a great job this season."
Take an inside look at the first day of conditioning and the first lifting session. The Blue-White Game is 73 days away on April 12.
