Andrew Radakovich is anxious for preseason camp and the resumption of on-field competition for spots in the offensive line rotation. A redshirt freshman with good size and skills, he will be looking to challenge for playing time at left tackle. Radakovich is among seven returning Nittany Lions from Ohio and was instrumental in Steubenville HS winning a pair of undefeated state championships.

High School
Radakovich played four years of football for Coach Reno Saccoccia at Steubenville HS. As a defensive lineman, he received all-conference and all-district honors. A team captain, Radakovich helped Big Red to undefeated Ohio Division II state championships in 2005 and `06. The recipient of the school's Leadership Award, he played in the 2008 Ohio North-South All-Star game as a member of the South team.

Full name is Andrew Michael Radakovich. His mother, Marjorie, is an elementary school teacher. He has two older brothers, Adam and Brian. Brian played football and basketball at Youngstown State University. Radakovich enjoys listening to music, cooking and dancing. He is interested in a career as an accountant. Born June 13, 1990 in Steubenville, Ohio.
