The former Trinity High School standout will enter training camp ready to compete for a more significant role in the passing game. The determined Kuntz has good skills and provides another big target in the passing game. In the 2012 Blue-White game, Kuntz caught two balls for 16 yards, including an 11-yard touchdown reception from Matt McGloin. Kuntz compiled a 3.33 grade-point average during the spring semester and is a potential Academic All-Big Ten candidate. Kuntz is on schedule to graduate in May. He is among 20 returning Nittany Lions from Central Pennsylvania.
