Larry Federoff effectively served as Penn State's long snapper for punter Jeremy Boone for most of last season. Playing in nine games, he was successful on all his snaps, helping Boone post the best average in the Big Ten. A reserve fullback with good skills and strength, Federoff missed the last three games with a slight shoulder injury, but is 100 percent heading into the 2009 campaign. He transferred to Penn State after playing at Edinboro University. Federoff is on schedule to graduate in December.

2008 Senior Season
Federoff effectively served as Penn State's long snapper for punter Jeremy Boone for most of the season. He played in nine games and was successful on all his snaps, helping Boone post the best average in the Big Ten. Federoff missed the last three games with a slight shoulder injury.

2007 Junior Season
Federoff saw playing time in nine games on offense and special teams. He had two carries for two yards against Florida International.

High School
Playing for coach Dave Vestal at Hopewell HS, Federoff was a first-team All-Parkway Conference selection his senior year. He rushed for 480 yards on 70 carries (6.8) with six touchdowns and made 10 catches for 115 yards as a senior. On defense, he made 40 stops with five sacks. He was a team captain and was named Hopewell's MVP his senior season. Federoff also was a three-year member of the golf team.

Personal
Full name is Larry Patrick Federoff. He is the son of Larry and Patty Federoff and has one sister, Annie, who plays volleyball at Alderson-Broaddus College. He is majoring in economics and is on schedule to graduate in December. He enjoys golf and fishing. Born March 30, 1987 in Denver, Colo.
