Rated among the top wide receivers in the country, Blacknall boasts superb size, sure hands and route-running. Tabbed as the No. 4 player in New Jersey by, Blacknall made 52 receptions for 707 yards and had 15 touchdowns during his senior season at Manalapan High School. A consensus four-star prospect, the New Jersey native was selected a second-team All-American by Maxpreps and was a first-team All-Shore selection. The 6-foot-2 Blacknall will add depth and athleticism to the Penn State receiving corps, which includes returnees Eugene Lewis, Richy Anderson and Matt Zanellato. Blacknall also runs track at Manalapan High School.
