LION CAREER:

All-American 2014

2013-14: Mahmoud saw plenty of action in his sophomore year campaign finishing the regular season with a 28-17 record. At the Mid-Atlantic/South Regional, Mahmoud finished 8th which qualified him for a spot to compete in the NCAA Championship. He went on to finish 19th in his event of men's epee.

2012-13: Mahmoud saw a lot of action in his freshman year campaign, and finished in seventh place at the Mid-Atlantic/South Regional. He finished the regular season with a 22-24 record. The highlight of his season were his two 3-0 performances against Notre Dame and Johns Hopkins. The freshman placed 16th at the Penn State Garret Open.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:

Yasser Mahmoud was born in Saudi Arabia, and resides in Quincy, Massachusetts. Mahmoud previously attended the University of Massachusetts, and plans on majoring in art at Penn State.
