UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - With anticipation for baseball's 2010 home season rising, Penn State students have their chance to purchase season tickets at the HUB on Wednesday, Mar. 17 from 12-1 p.m. The first sale already doubled last year's total, so come be a part of the excitement! Student season tickets are only $20, good for admission to all 22 home games at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
Along with a significant price break from adult season tickets, students receive a number of additional perks, including priority seating behind the visitor's dugout, a free student section t-shirt for the first 200 season ticket purchasers, coupons to local retailers throughout the season and more. Posters and schedule cards will also be available.
A table will be set up by the big television in the HUB. Students, who will need to show their student ID, can purchase tickets through cash, check, credit (Master Card, VISA, AMEX, Discover) or Lion Cash. The student section t-shirts will be available at the table; anyone who has already purchased student tickets prior to the HUB sale is eligible for the student section t-shirt.
The Nittany Lions are excited for a new revamped game day in 2010. Check back to GoPSUsports.com for continued updates on new and upcoming promotions, such as Free Rent Night where you can receive free rent for one month (max $500).
