AS A JUNIOR IN 2012: Played and started in all but one game ... Ranked fourth on team with 56 hits and second with a .280 batting average in Big Ten play ... Collected 16 RBIs and scored 23 runs with 11 doubles ... Consistently started at second base, fielding at a .875 clip ... Started off the season on a hot streak, recording 16 hits in the first 17 games while also scoring seven runs and knocking in five RBIs during that stretch ... Scored two runs in his first game of the season against Seton Hall on Feb. 17 ... Recorded three runs, three hits, two RBIs and a double during the Big East/Big Ten Challenge from Feb. 17-19 ... AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2011: One of only three players to start all 54 games for the Nittany Lions ... Split time between right field and second base ... Collected five hits, including a double and triple, during a doubleheader against N.C. State on March 5 and added two more hits against Old Dominion on March 8 ... Went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI and two runs scored against Norfolk State on March 12 ... Chipped in with two more hits against the Spartans during the second game of a doubleheader the following afternoon ... Posted his finest series of the season against Le Moyne, tallying six hits, five runs scored, and a pair of RBI in three games against the Dolphins ... Recorded two hits and a pair of RBI against Illinois on April 3 and later trumped that effort on April 9 with two hits, three RBI, and two runs scored against Northwestern on April 9 ... AS A FRESHMAN IN 2010: True freshman saw action in 15 games - including six starts - at shortstop, recording two hits in limited at-bats ... Most of the action came early in the season ... Also scored and drove in a pair ... Walked twice and was hit by two pitches ... Saw first collegiate action, coming in defensively against Notre Dame on Feb. 28 ... Hit a sacrifice fly in first collegiate plate appearance against McNeese State on March 5 ... Walked and swiped first-career base against Lamar on March 6 ...
