Season: Led team in hitting (.287), runs (30), hits (54), doubles (10), total bases (77, tied), slugging percentage (.410) and on-base percentage (.355) ... Tied for third on the team with three home runs ... Tallied 18 RBIs ... Appeared in 52 games with 49 starts. At No. 1 TCU (2/18-19): Made debut in second game of the series and tallied first career at-bat ... Went 1-for-3 with a double in first career start in the finale. Vs. Xavier (2/24-26): Scored three runs in series opener after entering as a pinch runner ... Started both ends of a doubleheader (2/25) and went 5-for-8 with a home run and two RBIs ... Singled three times and drove in a run in the first game ... Hit first career home run and doubled in the nightcap, also scoring two runs and drawing a walk. Ohio State (4/8-9): Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and a double in series opener ... Singled in finale to start six-game hitting streak. At Maryland (4/14-16): Collected at least one hit in each game ... Hit two home runs in the series finale. Northwestern (4/21-23): Limited to two hits in the series, but the first extended his hitting streak to six games, and the last was a walk-off hit to win the series finale and start another six-game hitting streak. At Iowa (4/28-29): Went 5-for-11 in the series including a three-hit game in the series finale. Villanova (5/16) & No. 22 Nebraska (5/18-20): Batted 9-for-18 with five RBIs and two doubles in the final four games of the season ...
