ACADEMIC ALL-BIG TEN (2012)
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2012: Started 24 of 25 games played ... Collected 17 hits, 11 runs and seven RBIs ... Scored one run in his first appearance of the season against Seton Hall on Feb. 17 ... Tallied one run and earned an RBI against Samford on March 3 ... Played a season-best game against Coppin State on March 28, recording his first career home run and posting two hits, two RBIs and a stolen base ... Went on to hit home runs in two consecutive games, recording the second of his career on April 1 against Purdue ...
