Chris Foster takes first place at ICAAAA Championships
Terre Haute, Ind., Nov. 20, 2004- The Penn State men's cross country team finished fourth today at the IC4A Championships. The men scored a total of 143 points and competed against 30 teams in the five mile race. LaSalle took first place, William and Mary followed in second place and Duquesne finished third. Senior Chris Foster (Severna Park, Md.) ended his Penn State cross country career on a high note by finishing first in the race, in a time of 24:55. Fellow senior Joel Moceri (Reading, Pa.) finished sixth in a time of 25:08. Rounding out the top five spots for the men were junior Matt Lincoln (Toronto, Canada) who finished 35th (25:50), freshman Oskar Nordenbring (Bloomfield, N.J.) who finished 43rd (25:54) and freshman Edward Quinn (Rush, N.Y.) who finished 51st (25:59).
