Ryan Foster
	Last College: Penn State, '11 Position: Volunteer Assistant Years: First Year

Following one of the most decorated Nittany Lion careers in recent memory, 2011 Penn State graduate Ryan Foster will join the Nittany Lion coaching staff as a volunteer assistant for the distance and middle distance events. Foster finished his outstanding Nittany Lion career, with four All-America certificates, four Big Ten titles, and numerous Penn State records, including an impressive 3:58.49 for the indoor mile run. In fact, Foster, who hails from Tasmania, Australia, was the first Tasmanian to break the 4:00-barrier indoors, and also holds national records in the indoor 800- (1:47.48) and 1000-meters (2:19.60). Foster is currently serving as a full-time intern for the Kevin Dare Foundation, which is based in State College, and promotes pole-vault safety.
